Shipping, returns, and how to get the most from your Lumen ritual.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, from our US warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Express shipping is free on orders over $50.
What is the 30-Day Glow Promise?
If a product isn't for you, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. It applies to the first purchase of each product, one claim per product (two claims per customer in any 12 months). Email us first to get a Return Authorization number. Skincare can be opened as long as at least half remains (send a photo); devices must come back complete, clean and working. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection; original and return shipping are not refunded unless the item was damaged or wrong. Read the full conditions.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging, and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
How often should I use the LED masks?
10–20 minutes per session, 3–5 times a week. Cleanse, apply your serum, wear the mask, then seal with moisturizer. Consistency matters more than long sessions.
Is LED light therapy safe for sensitive skin?
Both masks are non-heating and made from skin-safe materials. Start with shorter sessions and never use them over broken skin. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy or take photosensitising medication, check with your doctor first.
In what order do I use the products?
Cleanse (Camellia capsules for makeup, then PureFoam), essence, serum (C-Glow or 4-in-1 Glow), moisturizer (Renewal Cream), and SPF in the morning. LED sessions go after serum and before moisturizer.
