We want you to love your skin in Lumen Beauty. If you're not delighted, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Skincare (serums, creams, essences, cleansers, capsules)
Because these are personal-care products, we accept returns of opened or used skincare under our 30-Day Glow Promise — if it didn't work for your skin, let us know and we'll make it right. Unopened skincare can always be returned within 30 days.

Devices (LED masks and beauty tools)
Devices may be returned within 30 days in good working condition with all included parts and packaging. Each device is also covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

How to start a return
Contact us through the contact page on our website with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it).

Exchanges
Prefer a different product instead of a refund? Just ask and we'll help you swap.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full, with no return shipping cost to you.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover it.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe above, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us through the contact page on our website.
