Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States from our US warehouse.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery options and estimates (after dispatch)
- Complimentary Delivery: free on every order, no minimum spend. 3–7 business days.
- Protected Delivery: $2.95. 3–7 business days, with Lost & Stolen Protection included.
- Express Glow Delivery: $14.95. 1–3 business days, with Lost & Stolen Protection included.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Lost & Stolen Protection
If you chose Protected Delivery or Express Glow Delivery and your package is lost in transit, or marked as delivered but stolen, we'll reship your order at no cost or refund you in full. To make a claim, email hello@lumen-beauty.com with your order number within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may first open a trace with the carrier, which can take up to 5 business days. One protection claim per order.
Orders shipped with Complimentary Delivery are not covered for theft after the carrier marks them as delivered. If a package is lost by the carrier before delivery, we'll still help you with a carrier trace.

Damaged or incorrect items
All orders, whichever delivery option you choose, are covered if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging, and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Delays
Carrier delays during peak periods, weather events or holidays are outside our control. Express shipping charges are refunded if your Express order is dispatched late because of us.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us quickly and we'll do our best to help.

Taxes
Any applicable US sales tax is shown at checkout.
