Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before our daily cutoff on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)
- Standard: 3–7 business days.
- Express: 1–2 business days (available at checkout).

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 show the exact rate at checkout. Express shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delays
Carrier delays during peak periods, weather events or holidays are outside our control, but we'll always help you track a late package — just reach out through the contact page on our website.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll make it right.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us quickly and we'll do our best to help.

Any applicable US sales tax is shown at checkout.
