Welcome to Lumen Beauty ("Lumen," "we," "us"). By accessing lumen-beauty.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. General
We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, correct pricing or descriptive errors, and update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility & age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to purchase from this site. Our LED and electronic devices are intended for use by adults 18+. Keep all devices out of reach of children.
3. Products & cosmetic disclaimer
Our products are cosmetic in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Results vary from person to person; any timeframes or percentages shown reflect individual experiences or supplier studies and are not a guarantee of results.
4. LED & electronic device safety
Our light-therapy and electronic skincare devices are general-wellness cosmetic devices. Do not use LED devices if you are photosensitive, take photosensitizing medication, are pregnant, or have epilepsy or active skin lesions, without consulting a qualified physician first. Do not look directly into the LEDs. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Always follow the included instructions.
5. Device warranty
Electronic devices include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use; it does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or water exposure (unless the product is rated for it), or normal wear. To make a claim, contact us through the contact page with your order number and a photo/description of the issue. This warranty is in addition to your 30-day return rights.
6. Pricing & payment
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by or licensed to Lumen Beauty and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen Beauty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state or country of residence apply.
